I created this site to showcase my skills and experience, and give insights into who I am.
I have worked in hospitality, starting as an aprentice baker at 17 years old in the family business. After traveling and working in other businesses, I returned to the family business and took the reigns as the bakery production manager for 10 years, before taking on the general management of the business.
Now with many years of experience, awards won, challenges met, and my sights set on new horizons, I am looking forward to entering the next phase of my career.

Business Operations Consultant with The Kakery Ltd
In this role I am facilitating the transitional phase of new ownership of our family business.
I oversee the continuation of established business operations and handover of my expertise while ensuring continuity of business operations and customer service.
I provide ideas and guidance concerning improvements in operations and business strategy, track and document procedures for relevant tasks and delegate responsibilities to appropriate staff.
I support staff through the transition and help the new owners to understand the physical & human resources they inherit with the business.
I am engaged in special projects towards the development of the business.
